Quality Assurance Services
Exceptional Innovation outfits and maintains a state-of-the-art quality assurance lab to enable comprehensive testing across a variety of product solutions. Because every project is unique, quality assurance services start with the creation of custom test plans, designed and delivered for each planned solution. Solutions are then extensively tested to ensure functionality and operational compliance with all integrated devices and systems. Services include:
- Unit Testing – Test case scenarios to verify the individual functional components.
- Integration Testing – Test case scenarios to verify data exchange between the third party software systems and/or devices.
- Conformity Testing – Test case scenarios to align the system with the user interface and functional specifications. This testing validates that the final solution meets the defined criteria.
- Exception Testing – Test case scenarios designed to deliberately “break” the system. This testing attempts to identify potential failures when and if the system is used in an unintended manner.
- Performance Testing – Testing of system functionality under heavy use, which would be unexpected or considered not “normal” in a live environment, to ensure performance is consistent even under stressed conditions.
